Dining Hall
The Dining Hall, which was designed by the renowned Alexander Girard, is open seven days a week during breakfast, lunch, and dinner hours. This is where students dine most often and find the widest array of cuisine, from international, vegetarian, and vegan fare to made-to-order items.
Santa Fe’s dining provider was unanimously selected by student representatives for the quality and freshness of their food; their wide options for healthy, vegan, and vegetarian cuisine; their food sourcing practices, which include a strong commitment to sustainability and local growers; and their ethical company culture and management practices.
